Fire Safety Certs. What you need to know.

Opening up a new retail space or a restaurant? Reviving a pub license, or just making some internal changes. Then you definitely need a fire safety certificate. If you've already got a fire safety certificate but have decided to make changes to your premises, then you most likely need a fire safety regularization certificate. We can make applications to the local fire authority on your behalf and give you peace of mind that your premises is compliant and safe.

Disability Access Certificate.

What is a DAC and who needs one.

A Disability Access Certificate is issued by the your local authority. As of 2010 any new premises or any existing premises which is being materially altered or who's use is being changed, requires a DAC certificate - by law. Contact us before you plan to make changes or before you build new. Retrofitting out an existing premises could mean paying double for the work required. If you do not have a DAC certificate for work done in the past 3 years, then we can get you a regularization DAC certificate usually done in conjunction for a fire safety regularization certificate.
