We issue certificates of Compliance or Exemption from Planning after a full inspection of the works has been undertaken and provided the works either comply with planning permission or are exempt from planning permission.
If you have built works without planning permission, you may still be able to get a Certificate of Exemption from Planning. By doing an on-the-spot inspection of the works we can tell you if a certificate can be released.
If you have built works on foot of a Grant of Planning Permission but do not have the relevant documents or certification from a suitably qualified person, we can call out to inspect and assess the works.
